1 pack Buldak Spicy Chicken Carbonara ramen

1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2-3 tsp kewpie mayo
1 egg yolk
2-3 tsp creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup corn
2 earwood mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
cilantro, chopped, to taste
1 nori sheet
chili crisp
Restauran style ramen at home!
Set 2 quarts of water to boil
Place ramen flavor packets (both powder and sauce) into serving bowl
Add peanut butter, kewpie mayo, egg yolk, and sesame oil the bowl
Add ramen noodles to boiling water and set timer for 4 1/2 minutes
1 minute before noodles are ready, ladle about 1/2 cup of the pasta water to the spice, egg, oil, peanut butter mixture and whisk together
When noodles are ready, add them to the bowl
Add more pasta water for a soupier ramen, less for a creamier one as desired.
Add the the tamago, corn, cilantro, mushrooms, and green onions, giving them each their own section of the bowl for visual appeal
Add nori sheet to the side of the bowl, partway into the noodles
Drizzle with chili oil, crispy garlic, or both for extra flavor
top with garlic chili crisp for an extra punch of flavor!
